Job Title: ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO)

We are looking for a skilled professional for the ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) role. This is a remote contract position with a client rate of $65/hr on C2C.

Role: ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO)

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract (C2C)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the overall architecture and data model for ServiceNow SPO, with a particular focus on integration with existing ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of key features within ServiceNow SPO, including supplier lifecycle management (with external portals), procurement automation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Leverage experience in data cleanup and risk management within procurement operations.
  • Possess strong domain knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement Operations (SPO).
  • Demonstrate experience with the key features of ServiceNow relevant to SPO.
  • Conduct discovery workshops and assist with process mapping and change management initiatives.
  • Utilize strong project management experience to manage requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and other project-related activities.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow SPO functionalities.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP systems like SAP.
  • Expertise in supplier lifecycle management, including the use of external portals.
  • Proficiency in procurement automation and reporting within ServiceNow.
  • Proven experience in data cleanup and risk management processes.
  • Experience in conducting discovery workshops and process mapping.
  • Strong project management skills.
