Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in AI/ML to join one of our client’s teams. This is a hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA, or Frisco, TX, with a duration of 12+ months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, asynchronous clients or Python automation, Fast API, API integrations, data engineering, SQL, and Pydantic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python applications with a focus on AI/ML integration.
- Implement and manage asynchronous clients or leverage Python automation expertise.
- Design and develop robust APIs using Fast API.
- Integrate various services and systems through effective API integrations.
- Engage in data engineering tasks, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Utilize SQL for database interactions and data manipulation.
- Apply Pydantic for data validation and settings management.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests for developed components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s technical growth.
Mandatory Skills:
- Python (version 3.11+ preferred)
- Experience with Async clients OR Python Automation Expertise
- Fast API
- API Integrations
- Data Engineering & SQL
- Pydantic (v2 preferred, or strong understanding and ability to learn)
- Testing frameworks
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Redis (pub/sub, TTL)

Compensation:
The expected pay range for this role is $50 – $60 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and interview evaluation.
