Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Program Manager with a minimum of 20 years of experience to lead critical initiatives within the utility industry. This is a contract position located onsite in Rosemead, CA, with an estimated duration of 6 months. The role requires PMP certification and deep expertise in utility operations, including metering, billing, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-level program and project management activities, ensuring successful delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives.
  • Provide expert knowledge of the utility industry, with a specific focus on metering operations, billing systems, and customer service processes.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
  • Implement robust governance, risk, and dependency management frameworks for multi-year programs.
  • Utilize Agile and Hybrid delivery models to ensure flexibility and efficiency.
  • Effectively manage executive stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Leverage knowledge and experience with Smart Metering systems and related components.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in Enterprise Program & Project Management.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Utility Industry, specifically in Metering, Meter Operations, Billing, and Customer Service.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in Governance, Risk & Dependency Management for large, multi-year programs.
  • Proficiency in Agile & Hybrid delivery models.
  • Strong experience in Executive Stakeholder and Vendor Management.
  • Knowledge and experience with Smart Metering systems and components.
