Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly capable Supply Chain Program Manager with SAP IBP expertise to support a critical program facing performance challenges. This role requires a hands-on professional who can stabilize delivery, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive execution excellence in a remote, US-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive program stability and improve performance across ongoing supply chain initiatives.
- Manage and coordinate complex, system-interdependent projects, including SAP IBP, S/4HANA, and RapidX.
- Track, manage, and resolve issues using tools like JIRA or equivalent platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to reduce friction and ensure smooth execution.
- Support program delivery by aligning stakeholders and maintaining project timelines.
- Proactively identify program risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure clear communication and reporting to all stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP (preferred) or other SAP supply chain modules.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, integrated programs.
- Experience with issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
