Job Summary: ServiceNow Technical Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant with a strong background in CAD (Certified Application Developer) and CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications. This is a long-term contract role requiring 3+ years of focused ServiceNow experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and governing enterprise-scale ServiceNow architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture Design: Build scalable, secure, and sustainable ServiceNow solution architectures that meet current and future business needs.
- Technical Governance: Define platform standards, guardrails, and instance strategy to ensure optimal platform health and adherence to best practices.
- Integration: Design and manage integrations with external enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- CMDB & CSDM Expertise: Demonstrate a strong command of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and CSDM (Common Service Data Model) principles and implementation.
- Strategic Advisory: Translate complex technical solutions into tangible business value and effectively communicate these to senior stakeholders.
Core Competencies:
- Extensive ServiceNow platform expertise, with a focus on architecture and governance.
- Proven experience in enterprise integration design.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
Mandatory Certifications:
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- At least 2 CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certifications
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated ServiceNow experience.
