Job Description
Scalable Systems is seeking a Quadient Developer for an onsite role in Newark, NJ. This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM for developing customer communications. A theoretical or practical understanding of Inspire Scaler is also required.
The role involves creating communications using tickets through Quadient Interactive and guiding business content authors/users towards a ticketing experience. Understanding of ADA and developing ADA-compliant correspondences is crucial. Experience with Application Interfaces and Design Thinking is expected. Knowledge of APIs, Microservices, and JavaScript is beneficial. Certification on Quadient is a plus. Understanding of integrations with Linux and Windows Systems is also required.
Responsibilities include migrating versions from lower to higher versions (e.g., 16 to 23 on-prem) and scripting using Ksh, Bash, Sh.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ready to work from Office 3 days in a week.
- Design, Configure, Develop, and Support Quadient applications.
- Using agile methodologies, partner with product owners to understand business needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions to deliver the desired customer experience.
- Work/aid towards QA/UAT/Performance Testing and perform production tech checkouts.
- Be ready to jump in and resolve incidents from production if any.
Skills Required:
- Quadient ~ Communication
- Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM developing customer communications.
- Theoretical / Practical understanding of Inspire Scaler.
- Creating communications using Tickets through Quadient Interactive.

Special Requirements
Onsite role, 3 days a week. Accepts all Visas & EADs (CPT, OPT, H4, L2, H1B, GC EAD, GC, TN, USC). NO FAKE GC PLEASE. Duration: 6 Months.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
