Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong expertise in 3P (Third-Party) integrations and Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives to lead cross-functional programs and drive strategic technology implementations. The ideal candidate will manage large-scale programs involving AI-driven solutions and third-party vendor ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery for AI and third-party (3P) integrations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure successful program execution
- Define program roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
- Oversee AI solution development, implementation, and deployment
- Manage dependencies across multiple projects and teams
- Track program performance, risks, and issues and ensure timely resolution
- Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting
- Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve business processes
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Program/Project Management
- Hands-on experience managing 3P (third-party) integrations and vendor partnerships
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and AI-driven product initiatives
- Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, and system integrations.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
