Job Opening: Oracle Retail Merchandising L2 Application Support Engineer

KK Software Associates is seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Merchandising L2 Application Support Engineer for a contract role located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This position requires a strong understanding of Oracle Retail modules and application support.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 application support for Oracle Retail Merchandising System, Oracle Retail Invoice Matching, Oracle Retail Sales Audit, and Oracle Retail Price Management.
  • Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows to ensure timely and successful execution.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and failures promptly.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business users to address support tickets and implement solutions.
  • Ensure flexibility with respect to support schedules and shifts as required.
  • Utilize strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Databricks, and OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) for support and troubleshooting.
  • Document support procedures and resolutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in L2 Application Support for Oracle Retail modules.
  • Specific experience with:
    • Oracle Retail Merchandising System
    • Oracle Retail Invoice Matching
    • Oracle Retail Sales Audit
    • Oracle Retail Price Management
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with Databricks and OIC is required.
  • Ability to monitor and manage batch jobs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work in different support shifts.
