Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Coupa Implementor to join our remote team. This role focuses on integrating Coupa with various systems, optimizing business processes, and providing Level 2 and Level 3 support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP, middleware, and Coupa’s integration capabilities, including APIs, sFTP, JSON, XML, and cXML.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with ERP, Middleware, and support of Coupa integrations with interfacing systems.
  • Coordinate integration testing of interfaces between Coupa and other application(s).
  • Define the limitations of Coupa for each integration for better design and development of the integration.
  • Maintain and manage Master Data in Coupa from other applications through interface.
  • Understand APIs to integrate Coupa with other applications.
  • Monitor daily integration jobs, work with corresponding teams to fix errors for integration failures.
  • Work on PO & Invoice Integration failures, resolve the errors with permanent solutions.
  • Business Process Optimization: Responsible for understanding business processes to review them in the context of each new Coupa Platform release to determine if efficiencies can be gained by using new features and capabilities.
  • Provide consultative guidance and application expertise to advise business users on best practice processes and functionality/capability of Coupa.
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support by managing Incidents/Change Requests through Service Now ticketing tool and managing escalations as appropriate.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members, managers, and employees on processes and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coupa Platform Certified candidate.
  • Proficiency with Postman.
  • Experience with JSON, XML, cXML, API, sFTP servers.
  • Understanding of Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice Integrations.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
