SAP ECC Sales and Distribution Lead Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP ECC Sales and Distribution Lead Consultant for a position located in Fremont, CA or Austin, TX. This role requires extensive expertise in the SAP SD module and its integration with other SAP components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-depth functional expertise and configuration for SAP ERP Sales and Distribution module.
  • Manage and execute SAP SD processes, including pricing, order management, delivery processing, and sales information system.
  • Ensure seamless integration between the Sales and Distribution module and other SAP modules such as Finance (FI) and Warehouse Management (WM).
  • Lead SAP ERP implementation projects, from requirements gathering and system design to testing and user training.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively, providing L3 production support for OTC and contract processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project timelines and resources efficiently.

Skill Requirements:

  • 15+ years of SAP SD functional experience.
  • End-to-end OTC expertise (Order, Delivery, Billing, Returns).
  • Proficiency in pricing configuration (procedures, access sequences, condition records, custom logic).
  • Experience with Rebates & incentive management (condition contracts, accruals, settlements).
  • Strong understanding of Revenue allocation & revenue recognition (event-based, deferred revenue, FI/CO alignment).
  • Mandatory SAP Contracts experience: Service Contracts (periodic & milestone billing), Usage-based and time-based billing, Value Contracts (with/without assortments).
  • Strong SAP Fiori experience for OTC, contracts, billing, and pricing.
  • Deep integration knowledge with MM and FI/CO.
  • Ability to provide L3 production support for OTC and contract processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in hightech / semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Exposure to S/4HANA OTC, BRF+, S/4 Revenue Recognition.
  • Knowledge of intercompany billing, consignment, service-based sales.
  • Experience with SAP RAR / Advanced Revenue Accounting.

Rate: $70 per hour (Max)
