Job Description:
- 15 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development
- Experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform which should include: Lightning Web Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, flow, and declarative platform tools. (Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce Service or Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Mobile
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture
- Excellent problem-solving, partnering, communication, negotiation skills, and execution in working with various Technology or partner Teams
- Ability to articulate (verbally / visually) ideas, approach, concepts, options, risk, impact, and provides guidance to technical, non-technical, and Leadership audiences
- Ability to work on multiple assignments, whether administrative or project related, while maintaining a successful level of completion in all responsible work
- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and automations
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems
- Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and data integrity
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, QA, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce best practices
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
