Job Title: Cloud Platform Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Platform Engineer with expertise in CI/CD pipelines, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and AWS. This is a contract position based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and platforms.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Configure and manage AWS services, including secret management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
  • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize cloud deployments.
  • Document cloud architecture, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in creating, executing, and troubleshooting Gitlab CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with AWS configuration and secret management solutions.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation.
  • Understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in cloud environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
