Job Title: Product Owner
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager with a strong background in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies for an exciting, long-term contract opportunity in Alpharetta, GA. This is an onsite role.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles, from ideation to launch, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product management process, including defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and customers to gather requirements and prioritize features.
- Utilize SAFe principles to manage product backlogs and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
- Prepare and present product updates and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience as a SAFE Product Owner/Product Manager.
- Proven experience in product management with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in managing product backlogs and prioritizing features based on business value and customer needs.
