Job Role: Infrastructure Engineering Lead
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineering Lead to manage and support large-scale on-premises infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure engineers while overseeing deployment, migration, and decommissioning of data center hardware and platforms including compute, storage, operating systems, and network components. This role focuses on ensuring infrastructure reliability, automation, operational efficiency, and capacity planning across enterprise environments. The candidate will work closely with engineering, operations, and data center teams to support server, network, and storage deployments while maintaining strong documentation and operational standards. The role also includes troubleshooting hardware and OS issues, coordinating provisioning and racking of equipment, and supporting infrastructure migration initiatives.
Required Skills:
- 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or data center operations
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on data center support experience
- Experience leading infrastructure engineering teams
- Strong experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with hardware deployment, migration, and decommissioning
- Knowledge of networking devices and core networking concepts
- Hands-on experience with server, network, and storage deployments
- Experience provisioning, racking, and coordinating hardware installations
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and operating systems
- Experience with data center discovery and migration projects
- Knowledge of KVM-based remote access systems
- Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud environments
- Strong documentation, communication, and operational coordination skills

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
