Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integration Senior Developer with mandatory Workday certifications to design, develop, and support complex integrations across Workday Financials, HR, Payroll, Accounting, and related enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, APIs, and financial integrations, along with experience leading integration projects in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Integration Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Core Connector (CCTPP, Worker, etc.), Workday Studio, SSK, and XSLT 3.0. Build and maintain PECI and PICOF integrations. Develop custom dashboards, applications, and complex reports supporting integrations. Ensure integrations follow best practices for scalability, performance, and security.
  • Financial & Functional Integration: Support Workday Financials implementations and integrations. Integrate across Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and Procure-to-Pay modules. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. Perform root cause analysis and provide production support. Ensure reliable deployment and post-go-live stability.
  • Data & Analytics Strategy: Contribute to HR data and analytics strategy. Develop complex reports required for financial and operational integrations. Ensure thorough testing and validation of reporting outputs.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead integration projects and mentor junior developers. Participate in knowledge transfer and documentation sessions. Contribute to new feature development and workflow enhancements within Workday. Build reusable delivery collateral and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Workday Certified (Mandatory): Integration Core, CCTPP, Workday Studio.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience with Workday integrations, including APIs, EIBs, PECI, PICOF, Core Connector, and Workday Studio.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials integration.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a Lead role managing integration projects.
  • Strong understanding of at least one Workday functional module.
  • Strong XSLT 3.0 development experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $95 per year (Estimated)
