Role Description:

10 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in managing ServiceNow projects.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery Strong understanding of ITIL best practices.

Act as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.

Facilitate regular meetings and communications with stakeholders to report on project status, risks, and issues.

Ensure alignment between project objectives and business needs Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.

Agile Ceremonies Facilitation:

  • User-story grooming
  • Product Backlog Refinement
  • Sprint Planning
  • Understanding Teams Capacity
  • Sprint Backlog Grooming
  • Scope Finalization based on capacity.

Estimation Techniques:

  • Story-point
  • T-Shirt Sizing
  • Estimation using Planning Poker

Supporting Sprint Execution:

  • Team Sync

  • Daily Stand-up Meeting
  • Sprint Review
  • Sprint Retrospectives

Flow Optimization:

Improve the teams flow of work, eliminating bottlenecks, delays, and waste.

Establish the team Kanban Sprint board to visualize their work and enhance flow.

Metrics and Performance:

  • Measure and optimize flow
  • Help the team establish metrics to assess and improve its overall performance
  • Prepare Burn-down Charts
  • Calculate Teams Velocity

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
