About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI within our enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Design and deploy AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
- Build and maintain robust ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment.
- Optimize model performance and ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Ensure adherence to AI governance and Responsible AI principles.
- Implement CI/CD processes for model deployment and management.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and related technologies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Extensive experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG architectures.
- Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of ML pipelines, model validation, and optimization techniques.
- Experience deploying models using CI/CD processes.
- Strong understanding of AI governance and Responsible AI frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
