Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the utility industry and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and schedule.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and budget effectively.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company policies.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in project management.
- Mandatory experience in the Utility Industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

This is an onsite position located in Rosemead, CA. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can bring valuable expertise to our utility projects.
Special Requirements
UTILITY INDUSTRY IS MANDATORY
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year
