About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced .NET Architect with strong AWS expertise to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. This is a long-term, onsite position based in Fort Mill, SC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture design and development of enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies.
- Define and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices-based architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premise to AWS.
- Develop architectural documentation including HLDs, LLDs, and solution blueprints.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in Microsoft technology stack.
- Deep knowledge of cloud-native architecture using AWS.
- Strong technical leadership, architectural vision, and hands-on development capabilities.
- Experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
- Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation.
- Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in the Finance or Banking industry is highly preferred.
