About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Merchandising Application Support Engineer for an onsite role in Philadelphia, PA. This position involves supporting critical Oracle Retail applications and ensuring the smooth operation of merchandising, invoice matching, sales audit, and price management processes.
Role Descriptions:
- Oracle Retail Merchandising System Support
- Oracle Retail Invoice Matching Support
- Oracle Retail Sales Audit Support
- Oracle Retail Price Management Support
- Application Support for the Oracle Retail suite.
- Flexibility with respect to support and shifts is required.
- Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows, ensuring timely resolution of failures.
- Strong experience in SQL, PLSQL, Databricks, and OIC is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for Oracle Retail Merchandising, Invoice Matching, Sales Audit, and Price Management applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, data integrity, and system performance.
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventative measures.
- Work closely with IT infrastructure and database teams to ensure system stability and availability.
- Participate in application upgrades, patching, and testing activities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including support procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures, including security and data privacy standards.
Special Requirements
Onsite. Local candidates preferred. No relocation.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year (Estimated)
