About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join our team. This role involves assessing existing security architecture and practices for Digital and Cloud environments, recommending integrations with IT and other ecosystems, and developing a regulatory compliance roadmap including ISO, SOC2 Type 2, and SOC 3.
You will be responsible for supporting the onboarding of hospitals and clinics into the Medtronic portal and digital ecosystem by integrating relevant security requirements. Additionally, you will identify common compliance questions from Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and create an automated response process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess existing security architecture and practices for Digital and Cloud environments.
- Recommend integration with IT and other ecosystem components.
- Develop and maintain a regulatory compliance roadmap including ISO, SOC2 Type 2, and SOC 3.
- Support the onboarding of hospitals/clinics into the Medtronic portal and digital ecosystem by integrating relevant security requirements.
- Identify common compliance questions from HCPs and create automated response processes.
- Conduct Cyber Security assessments for Digital and Cloud Ecosystems, including Threat modeling and risk assessment.
- Perform Vulnerability Assessment, including Signal monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to Cyber Security Standards, NIST Security framework, SOC2, GDPR, and ISO regulations.
- Develop and maintain the Security Architecture of the Digital and Cloud Ecosystem.
- Perform Security Risk Assessments and Vulnerability Management.
- Support Customer security requirements, which may include answering compliance questions, conducting demonstrations, and integrating requirements.
Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in Application security (SAST, DAST Code).
- Proficiency with OWASP tools.
- Deep understanding of the NIST Security framework.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $129,000 – $145,000 per year
