Job Description: nCino Developer (Salesforce)
We are seeking an experienced nCino Developer with strong Salesforce expertise to design, develop, and enhance lending solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with nCino modules, Salesforce development, and DevOps processes.
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
- nCino 201 Certification (MANDATORY)
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification
- 6-8 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex (Triggers, Batch, Classes)
- Lightning Flows
- Validation Rules & Approval Processes
- SOQL & SOSL
- Experience with:
- Integrations (Named Credentials, Connected Apps, Platform Events)
- Git (version control)
- DevOps lifecycle (CI/CD, deployments, merges, commits)
nCino Functional Expertise (Very Important)
- Hands-on experience in:
- nCino UI & Configuration
- Product Hierarchy
- Collateral Management
- Credit Underwriting (UW)
- Docman (Document Management)
- Smart Checklist
- Customer Portal
Tools & DevOps
- AutoRABIT (Required deployment & pipeline management)
- Git (branching, merging, versioning)
- CI/CD processes
Preferred Experience
- Commercial Lending or Private Lending domain
- Salesforce Architecture & Design exposure
- Experience working in Agile environments
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize nCino/Salesforce solutions
- Build scalable Apex, Flows, and integrations
- Manage deployments using AutoRABIT pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for lending workflows
- Participate in design and architecture discussions
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security
