Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior .NET Programmer with a strong background in .NET Framework and related technologies. This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be local to Ohio. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-stack development, database design, and agile methodologies.
- Required Experience: 12+ years
- Core Technologies: .NET 4.0 Framework and higher, ASP.NET, C#
- Database Skills: 10+ years of experience with SQL Server database design, Transact-SQL, including the design and optimization of queries, tables, views, functions, and stored procedures.
- ORM Experience: 10+ years of experience developing applications using Entity Framework (EF) 4.0 or later.
- SOA/WCF: 10+ years of verifiable Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience developing and securing Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
- Version Control: 10+ years of experience with code repository strategies and recovery using TFS/Azure DevOps.
- Agile Methodology: 5+ years of experience developing projects within the AGILE methodology.
- Reporting: 5+ years of experience developing reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and making them accessible within an MVC web application.
- Agile/DevOps Tools: 5+ years of experience with Agile methodology using TFS/DevOps.
- Testing: 2+ years of experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) or verifiable experience implementing a testing strategy for applications developed.
- Microservices: 2+ years of experience with microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust .NET applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Work with SQL Server for database design and optimization.
- Utilize TFS/Azure DevOps for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
- Implement and maintain testing strategies, including TDD.
- Develop and deploy microservices as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
- This is a hybrid role, requiring candidates to be local to Ohio.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the US (USC, H1, EAD).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
