Role Overview
The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is seeking a Project Manager to manage and coordinate the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity. This role will work within established PMO standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies and will support delivery across the full project lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.
- Develop and maintain project plans and required project artifacts using PTC or other established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies.
- Coordinate with business owners and analysts to define and refine project scope.
- Perform project management duties across the full lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.
- Conduct lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.
- Adhere to the PTC PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts.
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced expertise in project and project management across projects of various size and subject matter.
- Advanced experience with integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management.
Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- ServiceNow experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules.
- Enterprise business solutions experience, specifically SAP projects.
- Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
Special Requirements
Candidates must be located within 1.5 hours of Middletown, PA. Role can move to hybrid and may require reporting to headquarters. Primarily Remote, can change to Hybrid.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
