Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.

  • API Testing: Strong experience in API testing and data integration validation.
  • Process: Experience in SAFe Agile environments and Rational Tool Suite.

Job Description: Azure SQL Database Administrator

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Azure SQL Database Administrator to manage and maintain their critical Azure SQL environments. This role requires expertise in cloud database administration and a strong understanding of Azure services.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform expert-level administration of Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
  • Implement and manage Azure Monitor, Query Store, and RBAC/Firewalls.
  • Conduct performance tuning, optimize indexing strategies, and resolve slow-query issues.
  • Provide 24/7 production support, including incident and change management.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of Azure SQL databases.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot database issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for database configurations and procedures.

Mandatory Skillset:

  • Cloud DB: Expert-level administration of Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Managed Instance.
  • Operations: Experience with Azure Monitor, Query Store, and implementing RBAC/Firewalls in Azure.
  • Performance: Proven track record in Performance Tuning, indexing strategies, and slow-query optimization.
  • Support: Must be open to 24/7 production support rotation and have strong Incident/Change Management experience.

Job Description: Service Engagement & Operations Analyst (Telecom)

We are seeking a Service Engagement & Operations Analyst with a background in the Telecommunications industry. This role involves managing the service lifecycle and ensuring effective communication with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the service lifecycle, including provisioning, migration, and decommissioning activities.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and vendors, providing daily status updates.
  • Track service orders and generate reports on customer satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding service operations.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to service delivery and operations.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to process improvements in service management.

Mandatory Skillset:

  • Domain: Experience in the Telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
  • Operations: Experience managing the service lifecycle: provisioning, migration, and decommissioning activities.
  • Customer Facing: High-level communication skills for daily interaction with customers and vendors regarding status updates and dispositions.
  • Tools: Proficient in tracking service orders and reporting CSAT metrics.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
