Job Overview:

We are seeking a Data Engineer for a direct client role in Harrisburg, PA. This is a hybrid position with an immediate interview and ASAP start. The role requires a strong understanding of SQL, Power BI, data modeling, and data integration. Exceptional communication skills are essential for working with diverse datasets and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain robust SQL queries and data pipelines.
  • Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting, with a focus on DAX optimization.
  • Perform general data modeling to support business intelligence initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient data integration from various sources.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Work with diverse datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Assist with federal reporting requirements.
  • Leverage GIS familiarity for location-based data analysis.
  • Understand and apply data governance concepts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Additional Information:

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
