Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Java/Python Developer with strong proficiency in Java 8 and Python, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, REST API, and Kafka technology. The ideal candidate will also have experience with the Django framework and possess special skills in AI/ML integration patterns and exposure to MCP. Strong communication skills are essential for this role. This position involves F2F interviews and requires a candidate who can demonstrate expertise in unit test automation using Gradel and pytest.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust applications using Java 8 and Python.
- Implement and manage backend services using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration.
- Utilize Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
- Work with the Django framework for specific project requirements.
- Integrate AI/ML patterns into existing systems.
- Ensure high-quality code through unit testing automation with Gradel and pytest.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in F2F interviews to assess technical capabilities.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong proficiency in Java 8 and Python.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
- Proven experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka technology.
- Familiarity with the Django framework.

- Exposure to MCP (specifics to be discussed).
- Demonstrated ability in unit test automation using Gradel and pytest.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Mclean, VA.
- Willingness to participate in F2F interviews.
