Job Summary
We are urgently hiring for a Senior Data Modeler with a C2C engagement model. This role is based onsite in either Charlotte, NC, or Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12+ years of total experience, with at least 8+ years specifically in Data Modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models to support business requirements.
- Apply expertise in Entity-Relationship (ER) modeling and Data Modeling (DM) techniques.
- Implement and optimize data warehousing solutions, adhering to Business Intelligence Data Warehousing (BIDW) concepts.
- Analyze intricate data sets to extract meaningful and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and team members, to understand data needs and translate them into effective data structures.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all data platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data modeling standards and best practices.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to present findings and recommendations.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Total Experience: 12+ years.
- Minimum Relevant Experience: 8+ years as a Data Modeler.
- Strong expertise in Data Modeling and Data Engineering.
- Proficiency in Entity-Relationship (ER) modeling and Data Modeling (DM) techniques.
- Experience with Business Intelligence Data Warehousing (BIDW) concepts and practices.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in an onsite capacity in Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX.
- Must be eligible for C2C employment.
