Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Java architect with AI/ML expertise to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java architecture, microservices, and cloud technologies, along with hands-on experience in integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure Java-based applications.
• Lead end-to-end system architecture, including microservices and distributed systems.
• Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise applications to drive intelligent automation and insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize machine learning models.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, and system scalability.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies for AI-enabled solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 3-5 years in an architectural role.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models into production systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in designing REST APIs and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, NLP models).
• Familiarity with data engineering tools (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow).
• Knowledge of NoSQL and SQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, PostgreSQL).
• Experience in building AI-driven recommendation systems, chatbots, or predictive analytics platforms.
• Exposure to MLOps and model deployment strategies.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
