Job Description: SharePoint Developer
We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer with strong expertise in modern Microsoft technologies and enterprise-level solutions. This role involves developing and maintaining SharePoint environments, focusing on customization, migration, and integration with other Microsoft services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Online, .NET Core 8 Web API, and SPFx.
- Utilize REST API & Graph API for data retrieval and manipulation.
- Leverage Azure services including Storage, Web Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Logic Apps for backend development and automation.
- Manage and execute SharePoint migrations, ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
- Implement robust records management solutions within SharePoint.
- Develop custom web parts, content types, site columns, and templates to enhance SharePoint functionality.
- Configure and manage SharePoint architecture for optimal performance and scalability.
- Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Automate SharePoint tasks and workflows using PowerShell and Power Automate.
- Ensure strong understanding and implementation of authentication & authorization mechanisms, particularly with Azure Entra.
- Utilize React for building modern and responsive custom SharePoint solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint environments.
- Maintain knowledge of IIS, Active Directory & Domain setup.
- Ensure all development adheres to best practices and coding standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 9+ years of experience with SharePoint Online.
- 9+ years of experience with .NET Core 8 Web API.
- 9+ years of experience with SPFx.
- 9+ years of experience with REST API & Graph API.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services (Storage, Web Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Logic Apps).
- Strong experience in SharePoint migrations, customization & records management.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL & Entity Framework.
- Experience with PowerShell & Power Automate for SharePoint automation.
- Expertise in Web Parts, Content Types, Site Columns, Templates & SharePoint architecture.
- Knowledge of IIS, Active Directory & Domain setup.
- Strong understanding of authentication & authorization (Azure Entra).
- Experience with React for custom SharePoint solutions.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.

Compensation & Location
