Job Overview
NYC / DHS is seeking two (2) CURAM Developers (RTH) for a hybrid role in Brooklyn/Manhattan, NY. This is a contract position with an initial duration of 1 year. The ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in software development lifecycle, specifically with CURAM CGISS and Outcome Management protocol and development. This role involves analyzing, reviewing, and defining problems/issues associated with the CURAM CGISS application, as well as formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform IT Triage and resolve complex CURAM application defects and issues.
- Collaborate with the team to diagnose, resolve, delegate, and assign issues to the appropriate work stream within the CURAM application (e.g., application intake, rules, batch processes).
- Address production issues/defects and design, develop, and implement solutions.
- Attend design sessions and translate complex technical triggers and process flows to less technical team members.
- Assist in system enhancements using the CURAM platform.
- Become an integral part of the DCAS Team, taking ownership of application problems and demonstrating initiative and critical thinking to resolve challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of Software Development Lifecycle experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with CURAM CGISS and Outcome Management protocol and development.
- Experience analyzing, reviewing, and defining problems/issues associated with the CURAM CGISS application.
- Strong professional business analysis experience.
- Ability to design, develop, and implement solutions to defects/issues.
- Experience with problem identification and integration of technical skills to resolve issues.
- Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
- Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customers by responding to needs with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to independently identify and develop solutions.
- Understanding of CURAM Case Management functionality and associated business processes.
- Experience in business process analysis (Use Cases and/or process flows) and mapping (Gap Analysis) techniques in CURAM.
- Must have an ACTIVE LINKEDIN profile.
- Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.
