Job Description
This role requires expertise in QA methodologies, test planning, test automation practices, and project management frameworks, along with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Define, implement, and maintain QA standards, processes, and best practices aligned with industry frameworks (e.g., ISTQB, CMMI, ISO).
- Own the QA strategy, test governance, and quality KPIs for all projects.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive test documentation including test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across QA processes and tools.
- Manage QA projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, deliverables, and risk mitigation strategies.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
