About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer to join our team. This role is 100% remote, with potential for occasional team assembly trips (expenses covered).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust MuleSoft integration solutions.
- Create and implement API specifications and designs using Anypoint Studio.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of integrations.
- Lead code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.
- Act as a technical lead, providing guidance, coaching, and performance reviews to other developers.
- Define and enforce coding standards, processes, and DevSecOps practices.
- Author custom frameworks and drive the adoption of best practices.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of MuleSoft applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience.
- Proficiency in MuleSoft, Anypoint Studio, API Design and Implementation.
- Experience with DevSecOps principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of code review processes and unit testing.
- Experience with stakeholder coordination and team management.
- Coaching and mentoring abilities.

Clearance Requirement:
Active Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position.
Employment Type:
This is a full-time, W2 position. While the role is 100% remote, occasional travel for team assembly may be required (expenses will be reimbursed).

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
