Job Title: Technical Project Manager (TPM)
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering IT and software development projects, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and track progress.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure technical requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented by the development teams.
- Monitor project performance against key metrics and provide regular, comprehensive status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management practices and processes, identifying lessons learned and implementing best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar project leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Demonstrated experience managing IT or software development projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
