We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Architect/Developer with strong expertise in Moodle LMS and learning technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, deploying, and optimizing learning platforms with a focus on scalability, security, and user experience.

Key Skills & Expertise

  • Moodle LMS: Administration, configuration, deployment, roles & permissions.
  • Learning Content: SCORM 1.2, video delivery, course setup.
  • Learning Pathways: Pathways, badges, completions, tier gating.
  • Reporting: Transcripts, certificates, learner tracking.
  • Notifications: Email alerts, reminders, in-app workflows.
  • Security: MFA, TLS/HTTPS, audit logging, session controls.
  • Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 AA, ADA compliance.
  • Deployment: Docker/Kubernetes collaboration, environment promotion.
  • Database: PostgreSQL / SQL Server (queries, performance tuning).
