Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Delivery & Execution Support: Support end-to-end delivery oversight across Manufacturing and Supply Chain programs, and plant initiatives. Track delivery milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple workstreams and vendors. Ensure daily operational cadence through participation in stand-ups, mandatory check-ins, and production support calls.
  • Governance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare and maintain portfolio-level status reports, dashboards, and leadership-ready summaries for governance forums. Support ALM, hyperscale, and transition governance meetings by consolidating inputs, actions, and follow-ups. Act as a point of coordination between Capgemini leadership, client stakeholders, and delivery teams.
  • Financial & Commercial Management: Support invoice tracking, PO validation, forecast alignment, and payment follow-ups across vendors and programs. Reconcile rosters, demand, and financial data with finance and engagement teams. Identify variances, risks, and corrective actions related to margins, invoicing delays, or demand changes.
  • Risk, Issue & Escalation Management: Proactively identify delivery, production, and dependency risks across the portfolio. Assist in crafting clear, fact-based risk narratives and mitigation plans for client and leadership communication. Support expectation setting during production issues and escalations by coordinating ownership, timelines, and communication.
  • Cross Vendor & Cross Team Coordination: Coordinate activities across multiple vendors, internal teams, and client groups to ensure aligned execution. Track ownership and follow through on action items arising from complex, multi-party discussions. Support smooth handoffs between production support, project teams, and transformation initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Help standardize portfolio processes for reporting, governance, and execution. Maintain repositories for decisions, risks, financials, and delivery artifacts. Support transition, onboarding, and knowledge transfer activities across teams.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience working in multi-vendor, multi-program landscapes.
  • Solid understanding of financial tracking, invoicing, and demand management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage risks and escalations effectively.
  • Experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain domains is highly desirable.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Richmond, VA
