Job Summary:
We are seeking a Product Analyst with 5+ years of experience in software delivery environments. This role requires strong writing skills for clear requirements, specifications, and structured communication. You will utilize Agile tooling like JIRA and documentation platforms such as Confluence. The ability to create wireframes and process flows, coupled with comfort in working across multiple stakeholders and managing ambiguity, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document product requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Utilize JIRA for task tracking and Confluence for documentation.
- Develop wireframes and process flows to visualize product features and user journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
- Manage ambiguity and drive product initiatives forward.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI/ML product requirements, including evaluation metrics and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Familiarity with healthcare/Medicare business processes.
- Experience using analytics to define KPIs and instrument product telemetry.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst in software delivery environments.
- Strong writing skills: clear requirements, specs, and structured communication.
- Experience with Agile tooling (JIRA) and documentation platforms (Confluence).
- Ability to create wireframes/process flows and communicate with technical teams.
- Comfort working across multiple stakeholders and managing ambiguity.
