Role: .Net Technical Architect with React

We are seeking an experienced Application Architect with 12+ years of experience to design and implement .Net stack/Azure for enterprise-scale solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, and modern application development practices along with monolith development. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Responsibilities:

  • System Design: Architect a scalable “Integration Hub” using .Net stack & Azure.
  • Strategy & Mapping: Define the Universal Estimate Schema to ensure that 400+ Advisor Rules function consistently regardless of the source platform.
  • API Governance: Lead the “Discovery” phase for project API capabilities, identifying technical constraints early and designing workarounds for legacy system limitations.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide technical steering for Scrum teams ensuring code reuse and architectural alignment.
  • Security & Compliance: Design secure authentication flows (OAuth2, SSO) for 3rd-party data exchange and ensure adherence to OEM and carrier data privacy standards.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure the real-time “Review & Apply” (ROM-002) engine meets strict latency requirements to avoid disrupting Service Advisor workflows.
  • Governance & Standards: Establish coding guidelines and architectural standards. Ensure adherence to Agile methodology and DevSecOps principles.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Mentor development teams on best practices for Microsoft stack & cloud-native development.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Azure Cloud architecture and services. Proficiency in .Net stack, PostgreSQL API development.
  • Architecture & Design: Experience in designing high-availability, secure, and scalable applications. Familiarity with event-driven and microservices architectures.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and drive consensus.

Role: Senior .NET React Azure Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an expert Senior .NET React Azure Full Stack Developer to architect and deliver high-performance applications for automotive and fleet management solutions. This role emphasizes deep expertise in .NET, React, Azure DevOps pipelines, and Azure cloud services to enable scalable, AI-integrated SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full stack development using ASP.NET Core Web APIs, Entity Framework Core, and React.js (with TypeScript, Redux Toolkit, and Material-UI) for dynamic, responsive UIs in fleet analytics dashboards.
  • Design and implement secure microservices on Azure App Services, Functions, and Kubernetes (AKS), PostgreSQL.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps with YAML, GitHub Actions integration, automated testing (xUnit, Jest, SonarQube), and infrastructure-as-code via Terraform or similar tools.
  • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams, conduct code reviews, performance tuning, monitoring (Azure Monitor/Application Insights), and stakeholder demos for cross-functional delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6+ years full stack; 3+ years .NET 8+/React 18+; 2+ years Azure DevOps/cloud; automotive/SaaS projects with AI integration.
  • Technical Skills: C#, ASP.NET Core, React ecosystem, Next.js; Azure (App Service, AKS, Functions, DevOps, AI/ML); SQL, Docker, Git.
  • Domain Knowledge: Automotive Repair domain – preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, mentoring juniors, executive communication; hiring/interview experience a plus.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s/masters in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
