About the Role:
We are seeking a DevOps / Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for a critical onsite role. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our production systems. This role requires a strong background in SRE principles, containerization, cloud infrastructure, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solid hands-on experience in SRE or Release Engineering Roles.
- Strong experience deploying and operating containerized applications on Kubernetes across on-Prem and AWS Cloud.
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Own release automation, deployment strategies, rollback mechanisms, and release validation.
- Proven experience supporting REST API services in production environments.
- Drive continuous improvements in release safety, reliability, monitoring, alerting, and operational readiness.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana.
- Lead troubleshooting of complex production incidents and service degradations.
- Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response and post-incidence reviews.
Nice To Have:
- Python scripting for automation and platform tooling.
- Knowledge or experience with Honeycomb for observability.
Note for Bench Sales: NO USC, GC, OPT with employer. Rest all Work Authorization and EAD works (H1, H4EAD, TN, E3, L2S, L2EAD ETC). Only Locals of AZ (Arizona). Min 10+ Years of EXP.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
