Job Title: D365 F&O Finance Consultant
We are seeking a D365 F&O Finance Consultant for a remote contract role. This position requires strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on the finance module. The consultant will be responsible for managing customer engagements and providing support on a project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert consultation and support for D365 F&O Finance module.
- Manage customer engagements and ensure client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 F&O Finance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Participate in project activities, including implementation and support phases.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in D365 F&O.
- Previous experience in a Support project is preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage customer engagement.
