Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced React.js Architect / Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications. This role combines hands-on architectural leadership with project management and team mentorship to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design
- Oversee the overall architecture of React.js applications to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Define best practices, coding standards, and design patterns for front-end development.
- Ensure applications are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Project Management
- Plan and estimate sprints, define scope, and allocate resources effectively.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful project execution.
- Mentorship and Team Development
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
- Conduct code reviews, technical sessions, and workshops to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in React.js architecture and front-end development.
- Proven experience designing and delivering scalable and high-performance web applications.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and delivery tracking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year
