Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Production Services Engineer to join our team for a remote position. This role is crucial for maintaining 24×7 operational readiness and ensuring the smooth functioning of our mainframe systems. You will be responsible for daily system and batch monitoring, incident troubleshooting, and providing support for various mainframe operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Daily system and batch monitoring.
- Incident troubleshooting and resolution.
- IWS database updates for batch transmittals.
- RMDS/JRB/TTERM user support.
- Maintain 24×7 operational readiness.
Must Have Skills
- Mainframe operations / production support experience.
- Strong JCL, SDSF, JES knowledge.
- Batch scheduling support (IWS preferred).
- Incident response and recovery skills.
