Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Architect to provide enterprise architecture guidance to agile product teams. The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy and technical architecture, ensuring product solutions are aligned with enterprise standards, scalable, and capable of delivering long-term business value. This role involves working closely with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teams to drive architecture decisions and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Architecture Design: Define product strategy and high-level architecture aligned with business goals. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and enterprise architects to build product roadmaps and architecture blueprints. Identify opportunities for technology innovation and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
  • Architecture Decision Leadership: Guide product teams in architecture decision-making. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and reference architecture. Work with domain architects (security, data, application) for specialized inputs. Mentor teams on architecture best practices and thinking.
  • Architectural Runway Management: Identify required technical capabilities and enablers for product development. Collaborate with product and portfolio teams to prioritize architecture initiatives. Support planning and execution of technical enablers and dependencies.
  • Enterprise Architecture Collaboration: Contribute to architecture standards, guidelines, and solution patterns. Participate in architecture governance and community of practice. Ensure alignment with Minimum Viable Architecture (MVA). Coordinate with cross-product teams on shared capabilities and dependencies.
  • Risk & Delivery Support: Identify technical risks, constraints, and roadblocks. Recommend solutions and mitigation strategies. Support delivery teams to ensure successful execution and value delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software development / Architecture. Experience across at least two or more domains: Application development, Infrastructure / Cloud, Middleware, Database management.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of backend technologies (.NET, Java, Python, Go). Frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS). Database technologies (SQL, Oracle). Strong understanding of integration architecture, security architecture, and network architecture.
  • Architecture & Methodologies: Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and architecture modeling (UML, ArchiMate). Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.). Experience designing architecture blueprints and technology roadmaps.
  • Business & Product Alignment: Understanding of product management and agile methodologies. Ability to align technical architecture with business strategy. Experience working in cross-functional agile teams.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
