Job Description:

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst/Product Owner with expertise in Service Cloud Voice (SCV). This role requires operating with full autonomy, representing the customer’s Business Systems Analyst/Product Owner in technical scrum ceremonies, and acting as a translator between business language and the technical AWS/Salesforce architecture. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring seamless integration of services.

  • Extreme Ownership: While reporting to the customer’s BSA/PO, operate with full autonomy.
  • Proxy Presence: Represent the Customer PO in his/her absence during technical scrum ceremonies.
  • Bridge: Act as the translator between the customer’s business language and the Technical AWS/Salesforce architecture.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Salesforce: Proficient in Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
  • AWS: Proficient in Amazon Connect (Contact Flows, Lex Chatbots, and CCP integration).
  • Legacy Systems: Practical understanding of how Genesys Cloud or Five9 handles queue management and SIP trunking to ensure nothing is “lost in translation.”

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
