Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Lead Angular Developer with a strong background in the Healthcare domain to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexibility with potential locations in Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL, or New York, NY, and is open to C2C contract engagements. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge user interfaces for enterprise web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of user interfaces using Angular (version 18+), NGRx State Management, and other modern frontend technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible web applications.
  • Develop scalable and reusable frontend components with a focus on performance and maintainability.
  • Integrate REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints seamlessly into frontend applications.
  • Champion modern frontend development best practices, including component-driven development, state management, and modular architecture.
  • Optimize application performance through rigorous code reviews, profiling, and continuous refactoring.
  • Implement comprehensive testing strategies using frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, or Cypress to ensure high-quality, bug-free software.
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and conduct code reviews to uphold code quality standards.
  • Drive the adoption and improvement of CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications, automating build, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, proactively suggesting improvements to our technology stack.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in software development, specifically in enterprise/web applications.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (version 18+).
  • Extensive experience with NGRx State Management.
  • 6+ years of experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.
  • Proven experience in a Lead developer role.
  • Strong understanding of Healthcare domain is required.
  • Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, or Cypress.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
