Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technology Specialist with a focus on .NET Application Development and Support to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our existing .NET applications while also participating in critical cloud migration and modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in .NET development, application support, and a foundational understanding of cloud technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery and ongoing performance of our applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support and maintenance for .NET applications across various environments.
- Actively participate in cloud migration and application modernization projects, contributing to strategic technology advancements.
- Collaborate effectively with client-specific BlueCard processes and workflows, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless application delivery and support.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of application performance, reliability, and security.
Must-Have Skills
- Extensive experience in .NET development (e.g., C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Proven experience in application support and troubleshooting in a production environment.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud migration initiatives (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Familiarity with client-specific workflows, such as BlueCard processes.
- Basic knowledge of Java is required.
Nice to Have
- Additional experience in leading or contributing significantly to cloud migration projects.
- Working knowledge of Java development and its applications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience Required
8-10 years of relevant experience in .NET development and application support.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $60 per year
