Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Business/Product Analyst to join our team. This role is critical for supporting multiple key initiatives, including the Experience Portal, Vendor Technology, and MuleSoft integrations. You will be instrumental in leading requirement discussions, driving cross-functional alignment, and finalizing project requirements across various teams. The ideal candidate is a Salesforce Certified Administrator and Business Analyst with a proven track record of translating business needs into technical solutions and managing the full lifecycle of user stories and UAT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define and finalize project needs for Experience Portal, Vendor Technology, and MuleSoft integrations.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating effectively with business, design, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Create, groom, and prioritize user stories; prepare detailed feature scope documentation to guide development efforts.
  • Schedule and facilitate working sessions to advance requirements and resolve open questions efficiently, ensuring project momentum.
  • Support delivery and execution activities, including facilitating daily stand-ups and coordinating clarifications and follow-ups with relevant teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder queries, providing timely and accurate operational support.
  • Own end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution, including documenting test scripts, coordinating testing cycles, managing defect resolution, and retesting for release readiness.
  • Perform data analysis to support migration activities and validate outcomes, effectively reducing delivery risk.
  • Provide essential Salesforce operational support, including dashboard creation, updates, and follow-ups to unblock teams and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst credential.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate requirements, understand Salesforce configuration, manage UAT, and conduct stakeholder discussions independently.
  • Proven experience supporting multiple initiatives simultaneously and managing cross-functional responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong commitment to an onsite presence and collaborative teamwork is essential.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in Salesforce platform functionalities.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and user story creation.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Experience Cloud, Vendor Technology platforms, and MuleSoft integrations is a plus.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $75 – $95 per year (Estimated)
