Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and enterprise architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex AI solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with RAG systems, vector search, LLM-based knowledge platforms, and various AI/ML tools and frameworks. Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in commercial real estate credit, servicing, or asset management, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design scalable and robust AI/ML solutions, focusing on RAG systems, vector search, and LLM-based knowledge platforms.
- Develop and implement AI models and algorithms using Python and cloud ML platforms (Azure).
- Integrate and manage vector databases such as Pinecone and DB Vector.
- Utilize orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex for AI application development.
- Perform fine-tuning and embedding of models for optimal performance.
- Implement and optimize document chunking, knowledge graph integration, and vectorization techniques.
- Leverage expertise in document AI, NLP, and unstructured data processing.
- Design and build secure and efficient data pipelines, APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Implement containerization solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure security-by-design principles are applied throughout the architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and related technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience in AI, ML, or enterprise architecture roles.
- Proven track record architecting RAG systems, vector search, and LLM-based knowledge platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Experience with cloud ML platforms, specifically Azure.
- Proficiency with vector databases such as Pinecone and DB Vector.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Expertise in fine-tuning and embeddings.
- Familiarity with document chunking, knowledge graphs, and vectorization.
- Expertise in document AI, NLP, and unstructured data processing.
- Strong architectural skills across data pipelines, APIs, event-driven systems, containerization (Docker/K8s), and security-by-design.
- Experience in financial services, preferably in commercial real estate credit, servicing, or asset management.
