Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead enterprise integration and automation initiatives with a strong emphasis on N8N-based workflow orchestration. This role focuses on delivering scalable, event-driven integrations across APIs, systems, and platforms while ensuring structured execution, release discipline, and executive visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program delivery for N8N-based automation and integration initiatives
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Coordinate across engineering, product, and business teams
- Oversee workflow lifecycle (design, testing, deployment, monitoring)
- Track risks, dependencies, and delivery progress
- Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards
- Standardize reusable workflows and governance models
N8N-Specific Experience
- Hands-on experience with N8N or similar platforms (Workato, Zapier, Make)
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architecture
- Experience designing scalable automation workflows
- Familiarity with JSON and REST APIs
- Experience with workflow monitoring, retries, and error handling
AI & Automation Expectations
- Leverage AI tools for reporting and risk analysis
- Identify automation opportunities across workflows
- Implement AI-assisted dashboards
- Ensure governance and security of automation solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and distributed systems
- Strong executive communication skills
- Experience managing complex release cycles
- Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, or ADO
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100 – $150 per year (Estimated)
