Job Summary:
Delta System & Software is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion A2R Techno Functional Architect for a long-term engagement with their client in Philadelphia, PA. This is a 100% onsite contract role requiring extensive experience in Oracle SaaS Cloud Projects (PPM, Project Grants, Fixed Assets). The architect will be responsible for providing solutions, managing configurations, extensions, and data migration within the Oracle SaaS & PaaS ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirements and design end-to-end solutions in PPM, Project Grants, and Fixed Assets.
- Work with the technical team to build RICE (reports, interfaces, conversions & extensions).
- Possess a strong understanding of the technical table structure of Oracle Fusion architecture to collaborate effectively with the development team.
- Hands-on experience with OTBI Reports in the PPM Domain area.
- Resolve functional and technical issues.
- Perform SaaS Configurations, create Functional Specifications Documents, Design documents, Design PaaS Solutions, and Test Scripts.
- Work with business users and IT teams to resolve defects and issues.
- Knowledge of Oracle Agent Studio is preferred.
- Knowledge of P2P domain is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Overall Functional experience: 15 years.
- 6 to 8 years of experience as an Oracle SaaS Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant in PPM, Project Grants, Fixed Assets.
- Prior to Cloud experience, 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle E-business Project Costing, Project Billing, Fixed Assets, Capex Projects.
- Strong proficiency in SQL querying and hands-on experience building OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Extensive experience in data conversion from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including detailed data mapping and resolving complex field mapping challenges.
- Deep, practical expertise with FBDI and ADFDI for large-scale data uploads and bulk processing.
- Solid experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), including the creation of technical and functional design documents involving OIC integrations.
- Hands-on experience with OIC data flows and data transformation processes utilizing ATP custom schemas.
- Proficiency with UCM (Universal Content Management) for file handling and integration touchpoints.
- Ability to work with REST and SOAP APIs, including calling, testing, and integrating with Oracle Cloud services.
- Experience implementing AI Agents, with knowledge of deploying both custom-built and out-of-the-box agents within Oracle Cloud.
- Familiarity with Postman for API testing and validation (preferred).
- Experience with VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) preferred.
- Good knowledge of integrating Oracle SaaS PPM and Project Grant applications with third-party applications.
- Ability to understand business requirements, map them to Oracle Fusion application functionality, and perform gap analysis to arrive at end-to-end technical solutions in Oracle SaaS Applications.
- Excellent communication skills for direct interactions with client key stakeholders.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Oracle Certifications on SaaS Cloud in PPM area are needed.
